About Us

My name is Iker Berruezo, a former professional footballer and passionate coach with a deep belief in the power of football as a tool for growth, discipline, and transformation.

I hold both UEFA C and UEFA B coaching licenses, and I’ve spent the last two years coaching at Barça Academy Miami, as well as collaborating with other youth academies across the city. My background blends high-level sport with strong academic credentials:
I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master’s in Entrepreneurship in Spain, followed by an MBA in Miami, where I graduated with a 4.0 GPA.

While completing my MBA, I had the honor of serving as captain of Barry University’s soccer team, where I was named All-American both athletically and academically — a recognition that reflects my commitment on and off the field.

Why This Experience?

Because football changed my life.

It taught me values I carry every day: discipline, resilience, teamwork, humility, and perseverance. It gave me friendships, unforgettable memories, and above all, it shaped the person I am today.

I’ve seen how powerful this game can be — and I don’t want young players to miss out on that opportunity simply because they haven’t had the chance to experience it.

What Do I Want to Achieve?

My goal is simple:

To show that young players are capable of competing and thriving in Spain — growing as athletes and as individuals in a high-performance and culturally rich environment.

But there’s no secret: it all comes down to effort, discipline, and hard work.
That’s the foundation of this program.
